Welcome!

As a fellow human, I know I’m not the only one whose mind wanders endlessly, but how often do we dare to follow where it travels? How often have we faced what comes to light once we’ve reached the end? How often do you sit with the uncomfortable until it no longer feels that way?

Within these posts and pages you will find an individual who DARES to follow all the curious, chaotic, ugly-cry inducing, heart throbbing, jaw dropping, rage filling, vulnerable and wicked adventures that her heart and mind embark on.

As I dive deep into some of the deepest and darkest pits of myself and my experiences, I hope that my endeavuors allow me to share with you some raw, thought provoking, and maybe even some intrusive, thoughts and understandings from ride on this wave of life.

While I understand that my experiences will be different from everyone elses, I hope that through all the ebbs and eddies the experiences, thoughts, lessons, tips and tricks, etc will resonate with you in some way, shape or form.
